The Fire and Police Departments just launched the Belmont Public Safety Channel on YouTube. This service will showcase videos about crime prevention, fire safety and emergency preparedness. The first video is about “When and why to call the Police”. Video (on YouTube) is a great platform to distribute information, not only do you get sight and sound there’s also the ability to forward to friends and family living in Belmont. Belmont resident’s can keep up with the latest in safety issues directly related to living or working in Belmont. Belmont has been on the forefront of technology and this latest endeavour is a great example.
