Staging – Putting Your Best Foot Forward

You only have one chance to make a great first impression. Professional staging is an integral part of my marketing process.  A potential buyer makes the decision as to whether they like the home within the first few moments they enter the front door. All their senses are alive – sight, smell, sound.  When buyers look at a home they want to visualize themselves living in your home.  They want the home move-in ready (in most cases) and basically just want to move in and arrange their furniture.  Staging a home in today’s market is much like the model home of years past.
